BRUNSWICK, Ga. and ANNISTON, Ala. — BUY BACK DA BLOCK will launch its 2026 tour with community events in Brunswick, Georgia, and Anniston, Alabama, organizers said.

The Brunswick event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. at Mary Ross Park. The Anniston event will follow on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. at Zinn Park.

BUY BACK DA BLOCK is a community empowerment initiative created to encourage residents to invest back into their home neighborhoods through education, ownership, and local action. The program brings together entrepreneurs, financial professionals, local businesses, farmers, and community stakeholders to provide practical information on credit repair, banking, healthy eating, and neighborhood revitalization. Its goal is to equip residents with the knowledge and encouragement needed to strengthen families, support local growth, and build greater communities.

The initiative was founded by Brandon Davis, who also does business as Bentley Didier and is known as Dr. Didier. He created the program in 2022 after seeing the impact that intentional ownership and community-focused investment can have on neighborhood transformation. BUY BACK DA BLOCK was first launched in Indianapolis and has since grown into a broader movement centered on helping people create lasting change in the cities they call home.

“This tour reflects our commitment to community education and practical empowerment,” said Dr. Didier, founder of BUY BACK DA BLOCK. “We want to connect residents with the tools, resources, and inspiration they need to build stronger futures where they live.”
